The delivery process consists of two main stages: order preparation and parcel delivery.
Order Preparation (1–3 business days)
This stage includes:
• order confirmation
• quality inspection of each piece of jewelry
• personalization or custom production (if specified during the order)
• secure packaging and preparation for shipment
Note: Some orders may require additional time, particularly for personalized or custom-made jewelry.
Parcel Delivery (7–14 business days)
This stage includes the full transportation process from our international logistics center to your delivery address.
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, the local carrier, or potential customs procedures.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
You can also check the status of your order at any time through the “Order Tracking” page available in the main menu of our website.
